Arrival and departure:
Arrivals are possible from 14:00 until 22:00.
(Mondays 18:00 to 21:00)
Should it be a little later, we ask for short telephone info (0049 7744 335).
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30.
Children:
Under 3 years in parents bed or crib free of charge.
Breakfast:
From 3 nights we offer our delicious half board menu.

garage:
Garages are subject to availability for cyclists and motorcyclists free.
Dogs:
Dogs are allowed on request.
For dogs we charge a surcharge of 8 € (without food).
Please bring dog basket or blanket.
Cancellation policy:
Up to 2 weeks before arrival you can cancel in writing free of charge
After that we have to charge you 70% of the room price.
For non-arrival we charge 100% of the room price.
Payment:
You are welcome to pay your bill cash.
For an amount of 30 €, you can pay by credit card.
In addition to the EC card payment, we accept Visa and Mastercard.
