Our kitchen team spoils you with good bourgeois cuisine, fresh and delicious prepared. No matter if it's going to be the classic Schnitzel, a juicy rump steak, or a home-smoked wild boar ham, of course, a small selection of fine soups
and not to forget the many delicious desserts.
The lamb comes from sheep from own breeding. This is complemented by dishes from local hunting and freshly caught trout. In the season of the year, we spoil you with fresh asparagus freshly harvested from the Kaiserstuhl or fresh chanterelles, wild garlic specialties or Baden strawberries. Of course, our menu also offers a choice for vegetarians.
Bottles from Baden and Württemberg wine regions are stored in our wine cellar, some of which are specially selected directly by the winegrower.
After dinner we recommend our fine desserts and to digest our home-made schnapps.

Restaurant 45 seats
In our cozy restaurant we spoil you with Black Forest specialties partly from our own slaughter. There is of course our delicious home-baked farmhouse bread. A menu is not available on the Internet, as it changes often.
It is adapted to the season, the reservations, our guests and of course the yield of the hunter.
Terrace 30 seats
In the summer months, we will spoil you with good weather on our terrace. Enjoy the sunshine hours.
On request, we also have a shady spot for you.

Our rooms provide the ideal setting for events.

In a preparatory conversation, we will gladly submit you various suggestions for menus with fine wines, advise you on table decorations, music, etc

We are happy to pamper you on a trip with your senior group, company, club with up to 140 people. We offer delicious inexpensive menus for groups or a small "bus menu" from which guests can choose. Likewise, in cooperation with the Sauschwänzlebahn, we offer various catering components that will make your trip a great experience.
