Our kitchen team spoils you with good bourgeois cuisine, fresh and delicious prepared. No matter if it's going to be the classic Schnitzel, a juicy rump steak, or a home-smoked wild boar ham, of course, a small selection of fine soups
and not to forget the many delicious desserts.
The lamb comes from sheep from own breeding. This is complemented by dishes from local hunting and freshly caught trout. In the season of the year, we spoil you with fresh asparagus freshly harvested from the Kaiserstuhl or fresh chanterelles, wild garlic specialties or Baden strawberries. Of course, our menu also offers a choice for vegetarians.
Bottles from Baden and Württemberg wine regions are stored in our wine cellar, some of which are specially selected directly by the winegrower.
After dinner we recommend our fine desserts and to digest our home-made schnapps.
