In our cozy restaurant we spoil you with Black Forest specialties partly from our own slaughter.
There is of course our delicious home-baked farmhouse bread. At the weekend it smells in the whole house in the morning for fresh rolls and for breakfast we serve you a breakfast egg from our happy chickens.
Our kitchen team spoils you with good bourgeois cuisine, fresh and delicious prepared. Be it the classic Schnitzel, a juicy rump steak, but also home-smoked wild boar ham, of course, a small selection of fine soups and not to forget the many delicious desserts.
The lamb comes from sheep from own breeding. This is complemented by dishes from local hunting and freshly caught trout. In the season of the year, we spoil you with fresh asparagus freshly harvested from the Kaiserstuhl or fresh chanterelles, wild garlic specialties or Baden strawberries.
Of course, our menu also offers a choice for vegetarians.
